I will not suggest that if the seats are less than 90, check the number of seats before booking and proceed further if it has more than 90 seats, then you will get confirm births allotted else payment will be failed.

I was in the perception that if one doesn't gets confirmed tatkal ticket then he will go into waiting list and amount will only be refunded after chart preparation of train departure.

Hi,
So I have two orders to be refunded by Zomato. One instance where they delivered the incorrect order and one where they cancelled the order.
Both of these orders are showing refund initiated and failed multiple times.
I am only allowed to chat with the bot and not with any person.
They are not even providing a provision to refund in Zomato wallet instead of source.
I am emailed them on 29th and no reply yet.
What options do I have?

In confirmtkt app or any third party app, the booking window shows blocked for the first 15 mins, Does this also happen in the irctc app??

Bro don't even think about booking tatkal ticket on third party apps specially for rushed routes. Because by 10:15/11:15 tatkal will be in WL80 ( Waiting 80).
Use Irctc app only. I have not been ever able to book a single tatkal ticket using their website. For the first time used App and it's 100 times better then website. Just make sure to enable biometric login.

Technically they can stop you if name change is there.
but you can try, there is no harm there.
Even if they don't accept the qr codes. You can cancel them online and won't lose the lounge access counts.
