Timtara Cheating

Anybody, can you please advise me how to proceed to get my money back from them

My 3100bucks are stuck with them from past 1 year.This is just the beginning.
There are many more sufferers here

There was a whole show on cnbc tv against the services of timtara likes. its now a chortara and everybody knows it. don’t know how you fell into this trap. still hope for the best and himmat mat haro.

Even I m facing the same issue, I have purchased mobile on 1 November but still the product is not delivered and they told that the order will be cancelled by December 13

u may take help from the following as its a hefty amount u had spent..

1. bombard their customer care with calls and numerous mails and try recording what the cutomer care says and u may tel them u wud go to consumer court n all..

2. try googling consumer forums that resolves such complaints of yours.. write a whole write up. n CC to timtara customer care..

I watched a show on bloomberg TV where somebody got their issue resolved with timtara.

May help since its a TV channel and the defaulters have to respond to them.

I also bought one LED but luckily got it on time. At the time of buying they offered 1+1 year warranty but there was only 1 years warranty card. Now they don’t respond. Thanks to God that whatever I got was more than enough for me. Swear by God I get scared now when I even type Timtara in Google Search. Hell what is wrong with our judicial system as a lot of people are suffering and didn’t get their money back from more than a year.

Go for CHARGEBACK if you have paid through credit card, your bank will help you.In 2011 My money was refunded in 4 days after i requested my bank to charge back 2 transactions at timtara.

Despite of a series of e-mails and calls and follow-ups with Timtara, it seems you people have no intention to resolve my issues. I started chasing you from 14th of Nov and emailing from 18th of Nov but you are in no mood to turn-up. Since I’m tired going behind you people so I have to knock the doors of consumer court filing a case against Timtara for the mental harassment and agony I have gone through. I have not only wasted my 20 days but also ended-up shelling-out a lot of amount in order to chase you people.

I give you a deadline of Monday & if you don’t come-back by Monday with my 1 year’s additional warranty card & proper receipt of my order mentioning the serial number of LED; be ready to face the lawsuit in the consumer court.

In order to ease your work I have mentioned all the information required for you as below:
Order No: 10347740
Issue: 1 year’s additional warranty card has to be supplied as the product was having 1+1 year warranty + Proper order receipt mentioning LED’s serial no on it.

Kindly be aware that if you don’t get back by Monday, you will be ending-up shelling-out a large amount than what I paid you. One more thing to say is that you are the worst service provider I have ever come across.

So think and decide your self which way you would love to resolve this issue.

Timtara k office ja k dunai kar do,,, sabse bade chor hai… police complain karo under cyber act… jail main dalwa do… else bahut saare logo ko aur ch**iya banate rahenge….

Well, you bought from timtara and there you made the mistake.
I don’t understand why people still buy from timtara, as they are classified as fraud long ago.

(As they have not blocked timpy despite the poll,
i think they will set up committee to see the feasability, and then some committee to evaluate the
decision, by that time, tt will be rich and dd will be BIG !

Did DD make this a FPD that prompted you to buy from Timtara? Did any DDimer recommend you to buy from there? Just wanted to know nothing against anyone.

Dear Dimers,
I faced a similar situation. Eventually I visited their office in Noida, gave a proof of the purchase and got the refund in cash. The address is available at their website. Hope this will help somebody. jatinder

sale 2 month RS use karte fir ship karte

i had also faced same problem last year when i had placed the order for sony PS2. even i use call them everyday nearly for 3 months. then i had taken help of chandigarh cyber cell, they just mailed them once from their email id and second day itself i got the call from courier person where to ship the product. Timtara is worst dont buy anything from them and even akosha also cant solve my problem. thats why you should go to cyber cell or consumer cell in your region.

My Rs.1200 is stuck with them since February 2012. Still trying to recover.

hi bro we ordered one nokia mobile worth 4200/- in february of vthis year but we still didnt get the refunded amount .i am also calling dialy to the customer care but no use actually we placed so many orders worth 40,000/- by luck we recieved some of the orders after 2 months duration by contacting akosha.com bro it will be useful to you try this once

Everyone are requested to spend some time to publish the issues/concerns on timtara (CHEATER) in possible number of forums/grievance portals would help other customers getting into this trap. How the hell timtara published some messages of the satisfied customers on their main page, is not that the BIG FAKE???
