No offense to OP.. But be careful while buying Laptop from Snapdeal as i had got a Laptop with Thai keyboard with some keys being faulty like when i press k, it used to show ; character. Few of the keys were faulty and it took me nearly 3 months to get my money back after fighting a lot. Don’t know the present status of snapdeal returns and sellers. But this has been my experience…. Be careful guys and gals.

My snapdeal experience, have made purchases from snapdeal in all these years only 6 times.
, including a meizu m2, which turned out to be defective, snapdeal replaced the phone in a few days without much hassle, though had to visit the meizu service centre & they confirmed that the phone was infact defective & opened a word order which I had to mail to snapdeal.
Another good & bad experience with snapdeal was a week ago, bought a casio watch EF-550D-1AV MRP 13,995 sold by some seller “HARI OM ENTERPRISES”. Bought it for 7686 after 44% discount & applied a 100 discount coupon I got from somewhere. The watch turned out to be fake & snapdeal processed my refund immediately.
