They ask for voter id card aadhar card and all to verify and even after that they won’t do anything… I guess its not a wise move to give personal details to them and after that they claim that you have voided their multiple accounts policy so they will take legal actions.. I find paytm more convenient than eBay now..

ebay policy is new number ( i also gove new email id via browser not app after verification no further need of this number) afterward old number can be used when you enter delivery address etc
for mobikwik new number plus android app in new phone( may be it also works with desktop)
this is just precautionary bcoz for 20% cashback main is once per ac/card/user
