Facing Challenge for an order on Bigbasket - Help required
I placed an order on Tuesday with a scheduled delivery of Thursday 8-10 AM
The order did not get delivered and I was informed to wait for sometime to get the same delivered. I waited till 12:30 but the order was not delivered again even after multiple follow ups.
The floor manager promised to get it delivered by 930PM Thursday.
After a few minutes I get a call from her that the same can not be delivered on Thursday , requesting me to allow time till Friday (Yesterday) to which I agreed.
The same was scheduled for 930PM yesterday. Kept following up multiple times and got an answer that it will be delivered in 20 mins everytime.
Called today morning again to which they promised to get it done by 4PM today. Now when I called they are requesting for a reschedule to tomorrow.
Any place to escalate this? Twitter and calls to CC not helping

Never occurred such instance at my end…Recheduled once is fine but so many times and so many follow-ups…not experienced personally..
Although they will credit 10% late delivery credit in ur wallet once delivered. But what can be done about the frustration and disappointment…
The escalation option was CC call only or sending email but dnt know nething beyond that

Yes. Never had such an experience with them.
They have credited 20% already but the order is no where to be seen.

Yeah. It has worked for me whenever I had issues in the past 3 years.

For information – Why will that be a challenge? They haven’t blocked the account.
Infact they have added 20% as compensation in the wallet for being late for the order already.

If they miss the delivery schedule they won’t even bother to contact me. They just cancel the order give 50% WYSIWYG credit into wallet and ask me to place the order again.

Next time you call them ask them to give the WYSIWYG credit and cancel the order as it has been delayed too much.

Used one Samsung code till now in total.
Accounts – 2 at same address (me and my wife’s)

Did so. Not sure if they can pay that much extra.
The bigger issue is having to call again and again to solve an issue for them.
@thunderguy I have faced such extraordinary delays only once and when they failed to deliver even on the next morning, I asked for WYSIWYG credit before letting them cancel the order.
I suggest you do the same.

Chat with them through APP. It is not interactive chat but they respond quickly. Customer service > Ask us
Thanks everyone. I got the same cancelled yesterday and got a 50% credit for the same.
Just now received a call to allow them one last chance to deliver the same order tomorrow morning because I had tweeted about the experience on twitter. Agreed on the same (had to use the credit of order and 50% guarantee anyways)
