You can use GV balance while paying at PhonePe merchant QR offline & some online sites with PhonePe-Wallet payment mode like Flipkart, Swiggy, Myntra, UIDAI, IRCTC, OLA, JioMart, Netmeds, Pharmeasy, Apollo, Truemeds, RedBus, Yatra etc
