Paytm Merchant account blocking.

Hi, 

I have 1 merchant QR from paytm . 

I want to use it for money rotation. I will not rotate more then 5-6k per month using it. 

Basically I will not rotate it for paying CC bill or something like that. For example, this month I just want to use it to get 5% kiwi cashback. In subsequent months also, I will be doing this rotation only for these kind of things if there will be any offer and that too only if Dimers here fail to share any trick for getting these kind of Milestone cashbacks.

Our shop was closed around 4 years ago, and post that this QR has not been serviced. Neither I have received any payment from real customer, I used to pay on it by myself during these 4 years for cashbacks. 

Now the real question, what are the chances that paytm will block the merchant account for money rotation and if this happens will they confiscate any pending funds? Right now settlement type is Instant for my paytm business account. 

I had a bharatpe QR that got blocked due to credit card ( I made 6k payment (2k*3) in a single day, but now I will never pay more then 1k in single transaction and more then 2k in a day) payments but thankfully when they blocked it there were no pending settlements. They asked many documents to unblock it like invoices of sale, shop pics with owner , banner and PAN and Aadhar.  As I don't have any so that account is still blocked. 

This paytm QR is not serving any purpose, so even if it gets blocked then that will not be a issue. 

All I wanna know is, suppose I made a payment of 1k on that QR and then paytm security systems checked and blocked my account, will I be able to issue refund to customer or settle this pending amount? Will they give me that chance or my money will get locked forever? 

And for clarification, there will not be any IT notices for such a small amount.
