don't use mobile while driving even via bluetooth as even if you are driving slowly, steadily and correctly you can't expect the same from others and in this case neckband can end up as a band around your neck (death synonym via hanging scenario - joke joke 
but serious one) situation if you don't concentrate on the road 
as have heard some accidents purely on not concentrating on the road

Inside the lanes brother, not on main road
Actually i will wear it around neck and when call comes will stop vehicle and take calls via neckband. Since traffic noise is too much outside especially people honk like crazy thats why need noise cancellation
