Lost OnePlus Nord Buds 2 Charging Case - Possible to Procure Spare Charging Case?

I had purchased OnePlus Nord Buds 2 in January 2024 and last week I lost the charging case, slipped from my pocket and could be anywhere in the streets of HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
I do have OnePlus Nord Buds but the case of Nord Buds doesn't recognize the buds of Nord Buds 2, so, I have to disconnect manually from my device and the battery drains after that. The buds charge only when I plug in and charge the case. Even when the charging case is at 100% battery, it just doesn't recognize and charge the buds.
Bottomline is, even if I somehow make this work, the buds' battery being drained every time post recharging will eventually make it dead sooner or later. I've realized even though it's a workaround but it won't work in long run. I even emailed OnePlus, narrated my ordeal but they don't sell charging case separately.
I'm currently in Bengaluru for another 10-11 days, if someone has spare charging case of Nord Buds 2 (possibly someone who lost their buds), can you please provide me the case? I'll be in Patna and then in Pune, so, dimers from any of the 3 cities, please help me out if you can.

I'll visit service centers this weekend, hope to get a spare charging case. There are a few service centres here in Bengaluru, so, I can be a little hopeful to get one.

in the best scenario, if I'm able to sell both left and right earbuds even at Rs. 1,500 ... then I can get a new set at extra Rs. 1,000 only ... that will be a win-win for me but the question is how to do this?

I understand that OnePlus has refused to provide you the case over the email, but I would still recommend you to go to the nearest official service center and maybe they would be able to help you out. I faced exactly the same issue with my Redmi Buds Air and was able to get just the case from the center, although it was a long time ago in 2019. My most recent experience was with Samsung for by Buds 2 Pro and yes, they provide a spare charging case.
And here's another suggestion. The wireless buds have a total of 3 different components - 2 x buds and 1 x charging case, so whenever you replace even one of them, you need to reset the buds after putting them in the case by holding the physical buttons for a few seconds or maybe through the app, varies from brand to brand. Maybe your charging issues will be resolved if you try to reset the Buds 2 after putting them in the Buds' case. I haven't used the OnePlus buds ever, so don't have any idea about the functions or app interface, but this trick might just work.
