It is very easy to know when a debit or credit card will charged annual fees, Even of others by just looking on to debit card or credit card.
The valid up to is the date one must see to know amc of the card.
For example 05/28 so here the amc will be charged every year on June.
So its that easy!

I have been using this trick to activate the card before delivery for a long time.

If you replace the card then expiry month will not match annual fee month.
Annual fee is always on 12 months. bank cannot charge 3-4 months in advance
