Jio agents keep calling for recharge are they genuine or fekuchand

Some are genuine and just doing the task assigned to them.
But the bozo receiving the call needs to have truecaller installed or in some way.. realise that it is genuinely Jio team/ Jio spam.
Otherwise the bozo might end up trolling a sincere agent, just trying to do their outbound calling duty.
