raised complint about 2 weeks back but no one came and the service enginner dont lift calls at all even after calling more than 50 times
i paid 10k for 2 years warranty, where to raise complaint against them online?

Worse thing I am struggling to cancel my subscription for around 2 months now, they always tell someone from cancelation team will call, surprisingly, I do get call for saying your subscription is over, you need to pay rental, I straight away denied it and told them to take back the device.
Is there any way to unlock the livepure and run it without recharge, atleast I will think I have utilized my security deposit that way.
