Is it possible to add the parents account to family banking under my account directly so that the new account also get the Vishesh benefits?

If you're looking to open a savings account at HDFC Bank, I suggest trying their Farmers Savings account. Although it costs 2500Rs for 6 months, it's easy to open online. Sometimes bank representatives don't allow this account variant, but don't worry, you can still get it. Once you have the account, visit your Relationship Manager (RM) and sign up for the VISHESH Banking Family Banking Linking Program. This program will consolidate all your HDFC bank accounts under one programme, making it easier for you to manage your finances. I completed this process 7 months ago and have found it to be very helpful.
hmm i have normal HDFC Savings Bank Account for Rs.10,000 minimum balance but with "Classic Program" now i want to open another account for myself in HDFC (not for parents) , i mean on my same PAN i want to open another HDFC account, is there any cheap minimum deposit account rather than 25k Savings Max Account that I can open OFFLINE? any suggestion would help me greatly,
Side note: i usually go with offline process for account opening so no aadhaar so any options?
My account is Classic, I asked My RM( Virtual RM only assigned by HDFC) to link my wife account with my classic acc. Request taken 2 months before but still that was not processed."
Is there any offline form available to submit in branch to grouping accounts under family banking?

hmmm i have doubts can you clarify?
1) why you got downgraded from preferred to classic (what reason the RM said?)
2) why you got downgraded from classic to Vishesh (what reason the RM said?)
btw i dont think Vishesh is downgrade since classic and Vishesh features are almost same i think
so to answer your question: there are no charges for Vishesh similar to Classic
Recently opened account for family member with zero initial funding (Savings max) then upgraded to Vishesh (instant kit given on spot). So as i always say, MY RM is kind of boon for me, he never calls me (almost not).
It's really vishesh for me, no-nonsense banking experience but yes at same time many experience worst services.
I am planning to open account in HDFC how should I proceed can anyone help me the process online?

your RM can only add your parents account to HNI Banking. if your RM is insisting you for initial funding of 1 Lakh, you can manually sign up the HNI Banking form and deposit it to the branch, then mail them via your primary account for linking, it will be linked in 3-4 days.
