As far as 'bejjati' that you are talking about, Govt. of India is playing on it own terms and conditions and for them Elon Musk is just another businessman trying to enter Indian market!!
Should give credit to India for this policy. Is it perfect? hell NO, is it needed? Oh YES!

Reality: most affordable Tesl@ car will be of approx 27-30 lacs..who cares of Tesl@, when there are other options already available in the market. That company comes to India, it's good..but if it doesn't, some loss is there for country, but it's not a case of survival..we have other options
