Wrong flipkart gv voucher code?

I bought a 1000 rs flipkart gv from parkplus today. I got the voucher code immediately generated with pin. But when i am applying to account, its giving error as ‘card doesn’t exist’. I tried adding on website and app but no go. Still see same code in parkplus app. Contact their customer care through ticket, but didnt get any resolution yet. This is the first experience that i received a fake gv from any retailer. Anyone else had same experience or any suggestions?

Nope. I never encountered this before with any retailer. Doesn't look like a simple solution to it. Btw, do you know how to initiate chargeback in SBI cards

Seems they issued gift cards that are not activated at the backend.... Should get resolved once they look into it
