Platforms like cashify or Flipkart exchange, can find if the motherboard of my mobile is changed? Since, they use some software/app to fetch on mobile condition.

They can't detect parts changed, but they can surely detect if the phone is opened, because once it is opened it can't be closed like earlier even by the service centre.
So they will detect that and may reduce price.

No, unless your mobile is a Poco and shows a Realme logo at startup!
They will check for any dents, screen issues, general appearance, etc. as per what you stated while 'booking' the sale. They will not know what's inside.If your mobile has any evidence of physical tampering (rear panel removed, etc.), they may reduce the price further.

If motherboard is changed then I guess IMEI of phone will also change, so they can check the IMEI of the phone and the one mentioned in invoice.
